Erika Jayne has moved out of her $7 million home in Pasadena and into a $9,500 per month rental property in Los Angeles.

Months after a report claimed the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who filed for divorce from husband Thomas Girardi in November 2020, had moved into a condo, her new, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has been revealed.

According to the listing, Erika’s 2,000-square-foot rental, which last sold years ago for $1.54 million, is located in the Greater Wilshire area of L.A., about 25 minutes away from the home she once shared with Thomas. Below are some photos from an earlier listing of the home.

Inside the 1920’s home, which is located on a tree-lined street and boasts lush landscaping, a barreled ceiling can be found in the living room along with stunning arched windows.

There’s also a charming breakfast nook in the kitchen that opens up to an outdoor patio.

At the end of a hallway off the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom can be found.

Also in the backyard is a pool.

It’s unknown when exactly Erika moved into her new home but the listing, which was uncovered by Reality Blurb, shows the rental listing was removed on October 10, 2020.

The Blast was the first to report on Erika’s new home.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return to Bravo this spring for season 11.
