The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast will reportedly return, in full, for season 13.
As production hunts down one additional member for the new episodes, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Jackie Goldschneider, and “friend” Traci Lynn Johnson have allegedly been asked back — and not everyone’s happy about it.
“Being that the ratings have been so strong and according to an anonymous tip sent into [Bravo and Cocktails] the entire full time cast is returning for [RHONJ season 13], but are still testing some new women for next season!” read a report from RHONJ Obsessed on Instagram on April 6.
Also with the news, the fan page asked, “Would you like to see the full cast return? Do you want to see any cast changes made?” RHONJ viewers were quick to weigh in.
“They can all stay but I need a demotion and new full time wife,” one person stated.
“I don’t mind them all staying… but one of them needs to be a friend,” another agreed.
Others suggested that the season 12 “friend,” Traci, should not be brought back for season 13.
“No more [Traci],” someone shared.
“Yes!!!! Please, no more [Traci]!” added another.
But Traci also had supporters in the comments section of the post, with one person in particular writing, “Why is everyone against [Traci]? I like her.”
A few more felt that it should be Jackie who is cut from the series, with many suggesting that she doesn’t have a storyline in season 12.
“EWW WHAT, JACKIE NEEDS TO BE GONE, SHE HAS NO STORYLINE!!” one viewer noted.
“Jackie is boring,” said another. “Replace her.”
In addition to requesting Traci and Jackie be cut and replaced, some wanted to see Melissa either demoted — or fired.
“No [Traci], Jackie or Melissa please,” someone shared.
Another asked, “What do Jackie, Melissa and [Traci] bring to the table exactly??”
Some viewers even took aim at the series’ OG, Teresa, saying that she should be canned after starring in a full-time role for 12 seasons and noted that they wouldn’t miss Margaret if she was fired as well.
Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita were also mentioned by fans, who expressed interest in the ladies returning to the show for season 13.
