The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast was seemingly targeted with a recent Crazy Days and Nights blind, which suggested that three women from a “west coast show” were facing a potential firing ahead of the series’ upcoming 13th season.
Although The Real Housewives of Orange County is also on the west coast, they’ve only just begun filming on their 17th season, so the rumor was believed to be about RHOBH. But is there any truth to the report?
According to a publication from Tamara Tattles on August 13, the ladies of the series still have a couple of weeks before the RHOBH reunion is scheduled to be taped. So, when it comes to the rumor, it is likely false, as cast decisions are typically not made before the special is filmed.
The outlet went on to say that their sources have confirmed that Bravo executives are currently quite happy with the cast as it stands with full-time members Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung-Minkoff, and Diana Jenkins, and part-time members Kathy Hilton and Sheree Zampino. In fact, they noted that cast changes were “highly unlikely” and said it is far more possible that everyone will return.
Still, there is a slight chance, Tamra Tattles shared, that someone could be let go.
The outlet also noted that while many viewers have been unhappy with the recent behaviors of Lisa and Diana, as well as the many legal accusations against Erika, the executives of Bravo weren’t all too concerned. After all, even if certain viewers “hate watching,” they’re watching.
While most of the ladies have remained silent in regard to their futures on the show, Kyle has offered statements about her possible return on a number of occasions in recent months.
Just last month, after a report was shared online, which suggested Kyle was on the chopping block, she seemingly shut down the report by sharing the response of a fan.
“I don’t believe rumors,” the message read. “[Twelve] years is a legendary run but I will say this: [Kyle Richards] is Beverly Hills.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
