Lisa Rinna shared a series of messages she received from an Instagram troll on Monday, just one day prior to the one-year anniversary of the death of her mother, Lois Rinna.
As she anticipated the sure-to-be-emotional day, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member took to her Instagram Story with a screenshot that featured the woman celebrating the passing of Lois and shockingly shaming her as a “stupid wh-re.”
“The best part about this season was your mom dying,” the person wrote in a private message sent to Lisa.
“Flashback to you fake crying about your dad ‘shhh’ you as a child. You’re a fake as your stupid wh-re mom. Go join her,” they added in an equally disturbing second post.
Meanwhile, in the caption of her screenshot, the RHOBH cast member said, “And they say Twitter is a [cesspool].”
In another message shared on her Instagram Story, Lisa said that while she reported the person to Instagram, she wasn’t too confident in action being taken against the woman.
“I just reported her to [Instagram] let’s see if they do anything about it. I’ve had a very difficult time getting them to do anything about anyone who has been harassing [and] threatening,” she revealed to her fans and followers.
As RHOBH fans well know, Lisa’s claims of Instagram harassment come just months after the 14-year-old son of her co-star, Garcelle Beauvais, was targeted by his own set of trolls, some of whom wrote despicable things about his family online and others of which sent him racist messages.
Also on her Instagram Story on Monday, Lisa shared a couple of happier Lois-related posts, including an image of her mother drawn by her father and a video of Lois dancing at her home.
The next day, on Tuesday, Lisa shared a video tribute to Lois to Frank Sinatra‘s “My Way.”
“We miss you, Lois,” read a message included with the clip.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast is expected to go into production on their upcoming 13th season some time in early 2023.
