PHOTOS: Judge Denies Ambyr Childers’ Request for a Restraining Order Against Randall as Lala Debuts Bruised and Bloody Face After Cosmetic Procedure

Ambyr Childers’ request for a domestic violence restraining order against former husband Randall Emmett was denied in court on Tuesday.

As Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent shared photos of her bruised and bloody face after undergoing a cosmetic procedure, a judge ruled that the actress’s request, which had been temporarily denied after her filing in October, should be dismissed.

In court documents obtained by Page Six on December 21, it was noted that because the email attorney Ben Valencia had written to Randall, which Ambyr said was “threatening” and left her in “legitimate fear for [her] safety and well-being,” fell into the category of “confidential attorney-client communication,” the evidence was “inadmissible” in court.

“When will you get some real money together so we can take this c-nt out once and for all. This is not good for your girls,” Ben allegedly wrote to Randall in the email, which was “inadvertently” forwarded to Ambyr.

Ambyr and Randall, who share two daughters, London, 12, and Rylee, 9, tied the knot in 2009 and separated in 2015, although their divorce wasn’t made final until 2017 — after Randall began dating Lala.

In response to Ambyr’s restraining order request being thrown out, Randall told Page Six, “My priority always has been and will continue to be my children.”

In other news, Lala took to her Instagram Story on Tuesday, where she shared a photo of her recovery after getting platelet-rich fibrin injections (PRF), which uses one’s own blood to encourage the stimulation of stem cells, and a micro-needling procedure, which aims to plump up the skin.

“Today was the last day of work, I have downtime (this procedure doesn’t have much anyway), so I got PRF + micro-needling,” Lala wrote on her Instagram Story on Tuesday, via a screenshot shared by Page Six. “They draw your blood, separate the platelets, then put the platelets on our skin and micro-needle it in. The reasoning: helps with scarring, skin texture, plumping, the list of benefits goes on.”

According to Lala, this was the first time she underwent the procedure since prior to the pandemic.

“I also had them inject the remaining platelets under my eyes. I like doing that more than injecting filler into the tear trough. I’ll post updates!” she added.

A while later, Lala returned to her Story, where she explained the difference between PRF and platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which is also known as a vampire facial.

“PRP releases growth factors for a few hours and PRF releases them for up to a week,” she explained. “PRF spins your blood more slowly to extract the platelets while PRP is at an extra high speed.”

Lala then explained that she wasn’t allowed to wash her skin for “12-24 hours.”
