Mauricio Umansky appeared on Melissa Gorga‘s podcast on Thursday, where he opened up about his marriage to Kyle Richards, his many years on reality television, and his career in real estate.

After looking back on one recent rumor that suggested there were “signs” he and Kyle were headed for divorce, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who also appears on Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills, spoke of his regrets and the most outrageous real estate he’s seen as Melissa looked back on a run-in they had with Lady Gaga in Las Vegas.

“The other day I think she had a story come out where [Kyle] was photographed coming out the gym without her ring and then it’s like, ‘There’s signs they’re getting divorced,'” Mauricio revealed on the April 6 episode of PodcastOne’s On Display. “I’m like, ‘She went to the f-cking gym. She’s not wearing a ring, okay?'”

In addition to being annoyed with the ongoing — and false — rumors, Mauricio said he has other regrets about the time he’s spent on reality TV.

“Without question. There’s always some regrets. [But] I call them sacrifices more than anything, more than regrets,” he clarified.

Then, when the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member asked him, “Have you ever seen anything in a home that was so outrageous,” Mauricio said he’s come across sex dungeons more than once.

“I’ve seen a couple of really interesting sex dungeons that are a lot of uh, you know, you’re just, you’re like, ‘Okay’ … Fifty Shades of Gray, the whole thing,” he admitted.

As for the Lady Gaga encounter, Melissa said Mauricio boldly attempted to make a deal after seeing the musician in concert.

“We were all in Las Vegas and we went to see Lady Gaga and somehow, someway when she came in the back room, she was a doll, the sweetest ever, and you start pitching her this house she needs to buy,” she recalled.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime later this year. As for Buying Beverly Hills, a second season has yet to be confirmed.
