A new report is shedding light on what went down at the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 reunion, which was filmed on April 20.
According to sources, Teresa Giudice reportedly acted “completely unhinged” and “out of control” during the taping which took almost an entire day.
Page Six is reporting that Teresa was “nastier than ever” as she cursed a lot, at one point even calling her costar and nemesis Margaret Josephs a “f–king whore.”
The best-selling author apparently came off as “very unhappy” and “mad at the world” leading to host Andy Cohen being “frustrated with her the entire time.”
An insider is, however pushing back at the claims as they denied that Andy was “any more frustrated with her than with the situation as a whole,” and adding that the topic of “family” is what really got Teresa riled up.
“This was the first time Teresa, Melissa [Gorga], and Joe [Gorga] were gonna see each other in person,” stated the insider, as they blamed the family’s “long history” of feuding as well as “deep-rooted family issues.”
The insider admitted that Teresa’s behavior was due to the “hurt” she was feeling, adding that the “same energy was not necessarily matched” by Melissa.
As viewers saw on the latest RHONJ episode, Teresa appeared to want to blame her niece Antonia Gorga for the family rift between herself and the Gorgas, claiming Antonia not attending the birthday party of Milania Giudice deepened the family tension — a suggestion which made Melissa very upset.
And earlier this week, an odd video of Luis Ruelas in tears and claiming he was associated with the Rue La La company was leaked online, as sources attempted to blame Margaret and Melissa for the leak, alleging the leak was orchestrated for the video to come out right before the reunion taping.
During her appearance on Tuesday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, Margaret was asked about the video, and she admitted she had known about it for a while but had never mentioned it on the show.
“It just came out in a video, the Rue La La thing that I never revealed on the show,” said Margaret. “And I love that Rue La La tweeted and said they are not associated with Luis Ruelas. I was never gonna say that, but now that this video stupidly circulated … It’s so old. He doesn’t have a man bun.”
