Vanderpump Rules Producer Believes Entire Cast Will "Be Back," Talks Filming Tom and Ariana's Living Arrangements, and Admits Raquel Was "Unsettled" After Reunion, Plus "Conspiracy Theories"

Vanderpump Rules producer Alex Baskin believes the entire cast of the Bravo reality show will be back for its 11th season, which is expected to go into production later this month.

While appearing on a podcast on Wednesday, Alex teased what season 11 could look like, noting that he and his team would likely follow Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix as they continue to live together at their $2 million home post-“Scandoval,” and admitting that Raquel Leviss was “unsettled” after filming the reunion — and before checking into treatment for mental health concerns.

“I think she was struggling under the weight of the whole situation,” Alex admitted on the June 14 episode of the I’ve Had It podcast, via Rate My Bravo on Instagram.

As Pump Rules fans saw last week, Raquel filmed an additional scene for the reunion after deciding to come clean about the true timeline of her affair with Sandoval, and the rendezvous they had at Sandoval and Ariana’s home when Ariana was out of town attending her grandmother’s funeral.

“That was six days after the reunion, and clearly, she was more unsettled than she ever had been. She’s the one who initiated that conversation so you know, the showrunner certainly, Jeremiah, was prepared to have it and then asked her a number of specific follow-up questions,” Alex explained.

According to Alex, he didn’t know Raquel would be filming the add-on moment, despite a conspiracy theory suggesting he did.

“One of the conspiracy theories we’re dealing with, and there are a lot of them out there, is somehow that was staged, or it didn’t really take place after the reunion… because she was wearing the same wardrobe that she’d worn before,” he revealed, before adding, “We match wardrobes. There’s nothing to catch us on there.”

Then, at another moment of the podcast, Alex confirmed he anticipates that the cast will “all be back.”

“I don’t know definitively because we’re sort of, you know, we’re figuring that out, but I strongly think that they’ll all be back,” he stated. “We’re documenting this friend group. Right? And the audience has an expectation that they will see the fallout of this and not just see sort of separate camps talking about it or moving on to a different phase of life… This is what they want to see.”

Viewers also want to see what’s truly going on behind closed doors at Sandoval and Ariana’s residence.

“As of now, until a transaction takes place, Tom and Ariana share a house. So the truth is we wouldn’t be capturing the accurate story, the real story, if we didn’t cover that,” Alex noted. “I don’t have the hard and fast answers, but in a lot of ways, this group is stuck with each other anyway.”
