Kyle Richards may have spent the weekend at Morgan Wade‘s concert in Aspen, where they were believed to be shooting scenes for an upcoming documentary about the country singer. But, that doesn’t mean she’s in town without her husband, Mauricio Umansky. In fact, as a recently-shared photo has confirmed, the couple was spotted looking “very cozy” as they visited a restaurant in the area.

As the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star continues to deny divorce rumors and reports romantically linking her to Morgan, she and Mauricio proved that they are doing their best to mend their marriage amid their “most challenging” year yet.

In early July, fans were left in shock as an insider told PEOPLE that Kyle, 54, and Mauricio, 53, “[had] been separated for a while now but [were] still living under the same roof,” and that the couple, who shares Alexia Umansky, 27, Sophia Umansky, 23, and Portia Umansky, 15, were “[remaining] amicable as they [figure] out what [was] next for them and their family,” which includes Kyle’s oldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, 34.

But immediately after the report was shared, and around the same time that they were seen eating together in Aspen, Kyle and Mauricio shared a joint statement about their relationship struggles.

“In regards to the news that came out about us today… Any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue. However, yes, we have had a rough year,” they wrote on Instagram. “The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative.”

In the weeks since, Kyle and Mauricio have continued to be seen together, and, just last week, Kyle opened up about her marriage hardships on Amazon Live.

“It’s weird to have to acknowledge to millions of strangers that you’re having problems … It would be nice to be able to work through issues in your life without everybody watching and weighing in on it,” she explained.

Then, days later, Southern Charm Savannah alum Brandon Branch claimed he ran into Kyle and “her lesbian girlfriend,” who were with about “eight other people,” none of whom were Mauricio. As he shared in a series of video clips posted online, he spoke to Kyle and Morgan and believes they’re “definitely a couple.”

Still, as seen in a photo shared by Bravo and Cocktails on Instagram on August 1, Kyle and Mauricio seem to be very much together and working on keeping their family intact.

“Kyle and Mauricio in Aspen at Matsuhisa. Looking very cozy — they hit the sushi bar, cuddly and all,” the outlet wrote in the caption, adding, “Make it. Make sense,” in another.
