Ariana Madix is reacting to Tom Sandoval slamming her “stank face” at BravoCon and revealing he has yet to apologize for his affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
During a couple of new interviews at BravoCon over the weekend, Ariana, 38, shared her thoughts on the name-calling she received from Sandoval, 40, following their joint appearance on the Vanderpump Rules panel, slammed him for his lack of apology, and described him as “reckless” after the season 11 trailer showed her accusing him of trying to kill her dog Mya.
“Ruin my life, my home, and then f*cking attempt to kill my f*cking dog. My lawyer will be dealing with you,” Ariana had yelled in the sneak peek.
“[It was] just reckless, careless stuff. Nothing new, nothing that’s out of the ordinary,” Ariana explained to Us Weekly on November 4 of Sandoval’s actions. “But yeah, I mean obviously emotions are heightened and yeah, that’s all.”
“I think the people were confused because they thought it had to do with Charlotte,” Katie Maloney, 36, noted.
As Pump Rules fans will recall, Ariana’s dog, Charlotte York, died in 2022, leaving her and Sandoval with their other dog, Mya Moon, whom they adopted in 2020 (but Ariana claims as her own).
During another interview, Ariana reacted to her panel appearance with her ex after being asked if he had apologized for his months-long affair with Raquel, 29.
“He came on this press line and called me ‘stank face’ right after,” Ariana told E! News. “So I don’t think he was planning to [give me an apology].”
“That man wouldn’t know an apology if it slapped him across the face. He just isn’t capable,” Katie added.
Although Ariana said she never received a genuine apology from Sandoval, he did note during their panel on Friday that if he could go back in time, he “would have done things differently.”
“I can’t change what happened. I’d rather stand here and face it. I don’t know what you do,” he admitted.
But in response, Ariana said, “You do what’s real.”
“I think that’s the most important thing. It’s not fun, but you do what makes sense for you and you show up—but protect your peace as much as you can,” she added.
Vanderpump Rules season 11 is set to premiere in January 2024.
