Mauricio Umansky has moved out of his shared home with Kyle Richards and into a new condo in West Hollywood, California.

Nearly a year after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple announced their separation after 27 years of marriage, a couple of insiders have confirmed Mauricio’s condo purchase — but stated that Kyle, 55, and Mauricio, 53, still have no plans to divorce.

“Kyle and Mauricio have been living separately for the last few months and he’s been staying there,” one source told Us Weekly in its latest issue. “They’ve both been traveling a lot recently, so it’s working out where they don’t stay under one roof.”

That said, the insider added that when Kyle is traveling, Mauricio “will visit their primary residence often.”

Kyle and Mauricio share three daughters, including Alexia Umansky, 27, Sophia Umansky, 24, and Portia Umansky, 16. Mauricio also helped raise Kyle’s oldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, 35, who she shares with her first husband Guraish Aldjufrie.

As a second source revealed that Matt Damon has an $8.6 million unit in the same West Hollywood building as Mauricio, the first confirmed divorce is “not an option [he and Kyle] are exploring.”

“They both agreed it’s too messy financially as Kyle has a huge stake in The Agency,” the insider explained, giving a nod to Mauricio’s real estate firm, which is featured on Buying Beverly Hills.

During the 13th season of RHOBH, Kyle opened up about her split from Mauricio, admitting that trust was broken, but stating at the reunion that she’d never share the “real reason” they broke up.

“It’s nobody’s f*cking business. With any marriage, there’s issues that you have. They come up. You get busy, you’ve got kids.”

“Something, like I said in my interview, happened where I did lose my trust,” Kyle continued. “I care about my family first and I tried. I really did try. So then, when I couldn’t, the kind of things — I don’t want to say putting up with — just became more apparent to me, I guess. I guess I couldn’t do that anymore, and I finally had a breaking point.”

In other Kyle Richards news, her RHOBH return remains up in the air as rumors claim that if she doesn’t expose her rumored romance with Morgan Wade, 29, she will be fired.

“The producers feel that Kyle has said all she can say about her split from Mauricio [Umansky] and [now] it is time to tell the truth about her dating Morgan,” a source told the Daily Mail in April. “Kyle has beat around the bush a ton on Morgan and it is getting old. It is time for her to finally admit that it is more than a friendship.”

Days later, an insider claimed the ladies hadn’t spoken in a while — and that there was an alleged rift between them.

No word yet on when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 will go into production.
