Erin Lichy has just debuted before and after photos after undergoing a breast augmentation from plastic surgeon Dr. Ira Savetsky.
As she explained her decision to go under the knife, reflected on her fears going into surgery, and dished on her recovery, the 38-year-old Real Housewives of New York City star gushed over her “natural” results as she confirmed husband Abraham “Abe” Lichy, 42, is a fan.
“After having four kids, my breasts really, really changed. They used to be so perky and full, but breastfeeding had definitely taken its toll. After comparing different Natrelle gummy implant sizes and discussing all options, we decided that the 190cc SoftTouch implant would give me the look and feel that I was hoping for,” Erin shared in an April 14 post to her Instagram Story, which saw her pulling and prodding at her breasts before surgery.
“If you’re thinking about getting a breast augmentation, I highly, highly recommend Natrelle breast implants. They’re the number one breast chosen gummy implant on the market for a reason. Abe was a fan, too,” she added.

After the surgery, Erin debuted her results on Instagram.
“[RHONY] star and mother of four [Erin Lichy], isn’t keeping her breast augmentation a secret. After having children, she was left with little to no breast tissue and couldn’t achieve the results she wanted on her own—a reality many women can relate to,” Marie Claire magazine wrote in the caption of an after photo of Erin.

Speaking to the magazine about her time with Dr. Savetsky, the husband of Lizzy Savetsky, 40, who was cast but pulled out of filming on season 14, Erin said that she didn’t initially plan to get implants. Instead, she wanted a lift.
“But after I met with my doctor, Dr. Ira Savetsky, I realized that [getting implants] was the right decision for me because I wouldn’t get the results that I wanted without one. I mean, I really had no breast tissue left. He made a joke that I could do the lift now, but I’d be back in six months and say, ‘You were right,'” she recalled.
According to Erin, her biggest concern going into surgery was that the implants would look like implants.
“I didn’t want that [look],” she explained.
While Erin was “definitely a little nervous” about the actual surgery, since it was the biggest she’d had, the procedure went well, leaving her only with a “little discomfort.”
“Overall I healed really easily,” she revealed.
Now that she’s healed and loving her results, Erin admitted, “I didn’t even realize how much more confident I would feel.”
“My chest feels the way I want it to feel. I used to have to wear tape to pull up my boobs all the time, and now it’s like my clothes just fit differently. It’s really a whole new experience. I tell everyone it was probably one of the best decisions in my entire life,” she shared. “They feel so natural. They feel like me. That was definitely important to me, so I know we made the right choice.”
Also speaking to Marie Claire, Erin, who welcomed baby number four with Abe in March of last year, said it was important to her to destigmatize the experience.
“I feel like I see so many influencers who are moms who just like never say anything about it. And there’s nothing to be ashamed of. It changes your life in such a positive way,” she declared. “I also think it’s unfair for people to think that these women just have naturally perfect bodies. There’s nothing wrong with saying that you want to feel more confident. That’s why I’m really happy to share it, and I’m proud to share it, and I hope it encourages people to do whatever they need to do to feel good.
The Real Housewives of New York City season 16 is currently in production.
