Melissa Gorga reacted to daughter Antonia Gorga‘s nose job on Thursday as she debuted her new chocolate chip cookie at a party attended by her Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars, including Teresa Giudice and Dolores Catania.
Weeks after Antonia, 20, confirmed the procedure and revealed she was “obsessed” with the results, Melissa applauded her oldest child’s honesty as she opened up about her reconciliation with Teresa, 54, dished on the latest offering of her cookie line, and attended a FIFA World Cup game.
“She just had surgery. … I’m so proud of her for, like, talking about it and expressing it,” Melissa told Us Weekly on June 18, admitting she wasn’t so candid when she underwent her own rhinoplasty and breast augmentation.
“She’s showing everybody her journey, which I did not do, you know. I totally denied it,” she continued. “I was like, ‘Oh, my God, no, I don’t even want to discuss this.’ And half the reason was because my daughter had my nose, so it was like, I never want to say I’m going to change myself, you know? So I mean, crazy, she’s so strong.”
As RHONJ fans may have seen, Antonia sought out plastic surgeon Dr. Sam Rizk for the procedure, which she discussed in an Instagram post, explaining that she hoped he could make her nose more symmetrical.
“This is something I’ve wanted to do for such a long time, and I’m so happy I finally decided to go through with it,” she wrote on Instagram weeks ago. “I never wanted a nose that looked completely different. I just wanted a refined version that still felt like me.”

Also at the launch of her new chocolate chip cookie, which is part of the Let’s Sprinkle by MG brand she debuted in 2024, Melissa, who was joined by other members of the RHONJ season 15 cast, as well as Teresa and Dolores, 55, admitted it had been “really, really nice” to get to a better place with Teresa after their years-long family feud.
“[We] have been through so much through the years,” Melissa shared with Us Weekly.
According to Melissa, she’s worked “really, really hard” on her cookie line, and she is proud of how far it’s come following post-debut struggles.
“When it took off we had like $500,000 in sales in the first two months, to watch my children sit with me and watch the numbers grow and watch me like attack it and get the packaging, and it was rough. Those two months I was overwhelmed, I sold out. I owed people cookies. It was chaos … because I had no idea that this was gonna hit hard, and I worked really hard, and cookies speak for themselves,” she revealed. “I never knew when I dropped [the first] cookie two weeks before Christmas, it [would go] completely viral, like, crazy. I think that everyone, obviously, knew that I had this crazy love for sprinkle cookies, and … I had no idea it would become the brand it has.”
After the initial launch of sprinkle cookies, Melissa added a coffee cake to her collection, and now, she offers a chocolate chip sprinkle cookie, which she added because “it’s a classic.”
“I have an almond flavored butter sprinkle cookie, so if you’re not into that, I wanted to give another option,” she explained. “[There are] just a few sprinkles because if you’re not a big sprinkle fan, these are more like little sugar crystals.”
As she created the newest addition, Melissa had husband Joe Gorga, 51, and son Gino, 18, by her side.
“Joe and Gino are chocolate chip cookie guys,” she noted. “My baker and I went back and forth so many times until I got the right because I wanted it to be a little soft but not too soft, chewy but not too chewy … [and] everyone’s pretty happy.”
In other news, Melissa and Teresa attended the Norway vs. Senegal FIFA World Cup 2026 Match at New York New Jersey Stadium on Monday with Joe and Gia Giudice, 25, where they took part in the “Rivals at the Game, Casamigos at the Bar” campaign.
During the event, Melissa and Teresa swapped jerseys, which is a sign of respect between players, as they watched the game from the Casamigos suite.
