Rulla Pontarelli poked fun at her husband, Brian Pontarelli‘s mistress, allegedly Beth Walker, while participating in the viral “preparing for my documentary” trend on Thursday.
As she shared a video in which she was seen as a clown, shading Beth as an “ugly side chick” and accusing her of “playing the victim,” the 46-year-old Real Housewives of Rhode Island star lashed out at Beth and her relationship with her spouse, which was highly documented and questioned throughout the debut season of the Bravo reality show.
“An ugly side chick prepping for her Netflix documentary on how she knew he had a beautiful wife and children but didn’t care because they ‘had such a connection and it was meant to be,’” read the caption of Rulla’s July 16 post.

In another caption, Rulla continued, “Some people move on. Others build an entire illusion out of old screenshots and recycled memories. The plot never changes… but you’re still auditioning for the role of the victim. The funniest part? The audience always figures out who the real clown is.”
She then further shaded Beth with a series of hashtags, including “home wrecker,” “clown show,” “side chick,” and “playing victim.”
Meanwhile, in the comments section of her post against Beth, who has since found herself in a legal defamation battle with Brian, Rulla responded to a fan who defended her against backlash over the post.
“Let’s not try and police this ladies feelings about it.. she’s having a sense of humour about it.. remember.. she’s didn’t betray anyone in this situation,” the person had written.
“Thank YOU! They don’t understand. It’s hurtful and shameful all at the same time,” Rulla replied.
Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, 43, whose ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein, 60, went public with another woman, his now-ex-fiancée, Katharina Nahlik, 30, before he filed for divorce, also weighed in. Lisa said, “I need to copy.”
“Lisa my darling, please do, beautiful,” Rulla wrote back.
