Alexia Nepola‘s son, Peter Rosello, offered support to Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Jagger, on Instagram on Friday, following the news of his arrest.
After KJ was accused of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery against an unnamed female from his high school, Peter, 34, who was arrested for domestic violence against his girlfriend in January 2022 but later cleared, left a comment on a post shared by Kim, 48, in June.
“Stay strong lil bro! Trust me .. this will all pass before you know it. Blessings to you guys,” Peter wrote to the Real Housewives of Atlanta alums.
Right away, Peter was flooded with backlash from his IG users, some of whom simply wrote, “Ok Peter,” and others of whom were more blunt.
“Huh, ok. My prayers are being said for the poor girl. It’s creepy that you think this way,” one person noted.
“A poor girl got assaulted but you’re telling the assaulter’s BROTHER to ‘stay strong’ … alright,” wrote another.
A third said Peter was “a danger to society.”
Peter’s comment was made on a post in which Kim applauded her 14-year-old son, Kash, for being named as the Defensive Lineman of the Year for the second time and mentioned that he would soon be playing with older brother KJ.
“I am so proud of you [Kash Biermann] ‘Defensive Lineman of the Year’ for the second year in a row 🙏🏻what an incredible accomplishment. Your love for the game, your motivation, the hard work you put in, and your determination never go unnoticed,” Kim wrote with a slideshow of pics that included Kash and KJ. “I am so excited that you and [KJ Biermann] will be playing on the same team this year. It will be such a special experience, and I can’t wait to watch both of you grow, compete, and make memories together. I am excited to see where this journey takes you and to watch you achieve all of your dreams. No matter what, know that I love you more than words could ever describe and couldn’t be prouder to be your Mom.”

In addition to being arrested in June 2022, Peter was accused of trying to “roofie” former Real Housewives of Miami star Ana Quincoces’ daughter Beba, which he denied, in January 2024.
Meanwhile, KJ was taken into custody earlier this month in regard to the alleged sexual assault incident that is believed to have taken place back in April.
In response to the accusations against KJ, Kim released a statement.
“The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,” Kim told Us Weekly on August 21. “My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed. Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found.”
“False accusations can have devastating consequences not only for the person being accused, but also for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence. At the same time, no one should be publicly condemned based solely on an accusation,” she continued. “We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations.”
