Milania Giudice is in the midst of a mental health crisis, but will the 20-year-old’s airport incident be addressed on The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 15?

After Milania was seen lashing out at her mother, Teresa Giudice, 54, and older sister, Gia Giudice, 25, at Tampa International Airport, telling Teresa to “shut the f*ck up” as Teresa claimed she had fentanyl in her system, it has been confirmed by multiple sources that Bravo execs have made a firm decision in regard to potential footage.

“This is too upsetting even for Bravo,” one network insider told The U.S. Sun on September 30. “There is no appetite to turn what Milania is going through into entertainment. The feeling is: ‘Leave this girl alone.’”

While cameras often pick back up once seasons wrap (production on season 15 concluded weeks ago) if something major happens, that will not be the case with Milania’s airport incident. As for her May arrest for domestic violence, which many believed was against her stepfather, Luis Ruelas, 52, it is not clear whether scenes were filmed. For now, Bravo is hoping to distance itself from any involvement with the scandal.

“An entire generation grew up with cameras inside their homes, filming divorces, screaming matches, arrests and family breakdowns,” the source shared. “Those children are adults now, and people inside the network are starting to ask what that exposure did to them. They didn’t choose reality television; their parents did.”

“Now some of those kids are struggling as young adults, and Bravo absolutely does not want to look like it is exploiting the consequences. Whatever happens next, nobody wants cameras chasing a vulnerable young woman simply because America watched her grow up,” the insider continued.

Rob Shuter was the first to report that Bravo would not be including footage of Milania’s latest incident on his Naughty But Nice Substack.

While the Giudice family has stayed fairly quiet in regard to Milania’s mental health struggles, which were fueled by the July death of her longtime best friend Victoria Zardoya, Teresa offered a lengthy statement on Instagram after her fentanyl claim was revealed.

“The past few months have been incredibly difficult for my family, and I feel it is important to say something while also protecting my daughter during an extremely vulnerable time in her life,” Teresa stated. “Milania has experienced tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma after losing two of her best friends. Grief affects everyone differently, and watching your child try to process that kind of loss is something no parent can ever truly prepare for.”

“At this time, we respectfully ask the media and the public eye to give Milania and our entire family the privacy and space we need as we navigate this together. Thank you for your understanding, your compassion, and most importantly, for respecting my daughter during this difficult time. With love, Teresa,” she concluded.

Milania’s dad, Joe Giudice, 54, also spoke out in a statement to Page Six.

“I know my daughter. I know her heart, and I know that what people may see from the outside does not tell the whole story of what someone is experiencing privately,” he said. “There have been difficult moments, but those moments do not define who Milania is as a person. I love my daughter, and I will always stand beside her.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 15 is expected to premiere later this year or early next year on Bravo.
