Brandi Glanville called out Dr. Terry Dubrow on her podcast on Thursday, claiming that the Real Housewives of Orange County and Botched star shared her medical records with a woman who called his office.
As her fans and followers on social media warned her of a potentially impending slander lawsuit from the 68-year-old plastic surgeon, who is married to Heather Dubrow, 57, the 53-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum alleged that after seeing Terry for help with what has been referred to as a facial parasite, he not only forgot to do some of the tests, but also supposedly violated the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
“I know you guys all know I went to Dr. Terry Dubrow, like cuz he called me out on TMZ, said my face is a ticking time bomb, and he’s not wrong … But I did end up seeing him, as you all know, and he forgot to do some of the tests,” Brandi began on the October 8 episode of Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, which was titled, “They Leaked Everything, Including My Medical Records.”
Brandi then said that she had recently learned from a woman on social media that she was allegedly given her medical information.
“Some lady reached out to me on social media, saying, ‘I called Terry Dubrow’s office, and he gave me all of your medical information,'” Brandi revealed. “You gotta take that with a grain of salt. I was just like, ‘Okay, sure.’ I didn’t want to, like, engage. Like, I’m not here for hate. But this is wild because I’m like, ‘You can’t just call an office.'”
Brandi went on to explain that the woman had experienced similar problems with her skin and face and wanted her information to help her find answers.
Brandi then teased a letter she received last month but didn’t say what it entailed.

Following the sharing of Brandi’s clip, some fans informed her that she shouldn’t have gone public with her claims against Terry, while others questioned the legitimacy of her allegations.
“I’m sure that Dr. Dubrow would totally risk his career and profession from a HIPAA violation,” one person sarcastically wrote.
“I do not believe that [Terry] did this,” another agreed. “If he did, Brandi would sue because this would be the easiest lawsuit to win. He would never risk his career. He knows better than to break HIPPA rules and his staff know too.”
“If they did, it’s against the law. So doubting it happened. She’s getting ready to be sued by Dr. Dubrow,” shared a third.
“If true, that’s a huge lawsuit! HIPAA violation! I don’t see how a Dr would do that,” said another.
Someone else told Brandi, point blank, “You should never have posted this.”
“[You should have] had one of your friends call and ask to get actual proof if he’s doing this. Or possibly investigate this woman. Did she tell them she was you? Did she have personal information on you to have been able to get that access?” they wondered.
Another asked, “Why would you come on here & try to blast him [and] then say you don’t care instead of calling him privately to discuss?”
It was also stated that Brandi should “prove it before [she’s] sued for slander.”
