While it was recently confirmed that Amanda Batula was leaving the Summer House spin-off show In the City, details are still continuing to emerge about the situation.

While an alleged exposed DM from Amanda, 35, noted that she left due to fan hate and intense bullying, a new report has given another alleged reason she departed the show.

“The In the City cast refused to film with West [Wilson], so Amanda decided not to come back for next season,” a source shockingly stated to Us Magazine.

They confirmed she “was asked back” to the show but she made the decision to not come back.

“Amanda truly wanted a break, and wanted a break from the world having insight into her life and dissecting her relationship,” the insider continued. “West has been an emotional crutch for her, and she was not going to film without him.”

The source also shared who will replace Amanda on the show – The Bachelor star Natasha Parker.

They noted she’s been friends with Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke “for a long time.”

As for how Amanda and West, 31, are doing, the insider insisted they’re “still going strong.”

“They have had their ups and downs but basically live together now and are still very serious,” they added.

In the aforementioned DM from October 29, Amanda allegedly wrote the following the ‘Yourmomsarewatching’ Instagram account about her reason for departing the show: ““The continued hate from fan accounts and the internet is a huge reason why I decided I wasn’t ready to film again and put myself back out there,” Amanda’s supposed DM stated on October 29. “The bullying has been [too] intense[.] Who would want to put their life out there for other’s entertainment when they’re constantly ripped apart and beaten down for every single thing they do[?]”

Aside from Natasha, Reality Blurb previously exclusively confirmed Carl, 41, will be seen on In the City.

“Carl taped for In the City recently,” a source previously shared. “He is hoping to be on the show more and will film as much as they’ll have him.”

“He’d ideally like to be full-time,” they added.
