Lisa Rinna spoke of her final moments with Bravo during a radio show appearance last week.
As she continues to promote her new book, the 62-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum recalled attending her last BravoCon, looked back on her encounter with Kathy Hilton‘s publicist, and explained why so many people are afraid of Kathy, 66, and the entire Hilton family.
“I knew at BravoCon. I was like, ‘Oh, I think this ride is over.’ The wheels on the bus just flew off,” Lisa admitted on the February 12 episode of SiriusXM’s The Julia Cunningham Show.
According to Lisa, she lost control of her behavior during season 12, which saw the fallout of the death of her mother, Lois Rinna, in 2021.
“I couldn’t contain myself. I couldn’t control myself. I was acting out in so many ways. Everyone saw it. Everyone heard it. Everyone felt it. And, you know, it was the only thing I could do at that point,” she explained. “And I knew it was time to be done.”
While Lisa nearly quit at the season 12 reunion, she instead went home and sent messages and an email.
“I was right there gonna do it, woulda, shoulda, coulda, but I was ready to say it, and then, of course, I go home, and I write an email that night, and I text everybody, and I say, ‘I’m done. I’m done,’” she shared.
As for “when [she] knew curtains were for [her],” that happened when she came face-to-face with Kathy’s publicist after making claims about her alleged meltdown in Aspen.
“I saw her publicist, who I’ve known for years, and I know that that’s something they never allow, and I was like, ‘Here they come. They’re gonna f*cking kill me,’” she revealed.
@just_bookin_around I actually would love to see Rinna back on the show but I know she has no interest in doing so. 🎧: Julia Cunningham Show, 2/12/2026 📸: BravoTV #fyp #bravo #bravotv #peacock #rhobh ♬ original sound – Just Bookin’ Around
Meanwhile, during an episode of Let’s Talk Off Camera With Kelly Ripa, Lisa was questioned about why everyone seems so afraid of Kathy.
“The Hiltons run the social part of L.A. in a lot of ways. They’re very … in New York too. They had their time in New York, but, you know, for 30 years, they’ve been like in the social world, at the top of the social world,” she noted.
Then, when asked if they decide who goes where, who gets invited to what event, and who will be cut out, Lisa confirmed, “Yeah, they can. Yes. I would say.”
