Diana Jenkins is firing back at internet users who have named her as the woman who pushed an 18-year-old Hayden Panettiere into bed with a naked celebrity on a yacht.
After Hayden, now 36, revealed that a woman she trusted in the entertainment industry had physically placed her into bed with a famous man who was without clothing in her just-released memoir, This Is Me: A Reckoning, and on Jay Shetty‘s On Purpose podcast, fan theories linked the 52-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum to the devastating incident, prompting Diana to speak out, via her team.
“Diana has had to deal with false online rumors before, and sadly this is just another example of that. So let me be 100% clear about this: It most certainly is not Diana, and anyone who claims it is her will be sued,” Diana’s rep said in a statement to TMZ on May 13.
They also noted that Diana, who was featured in a full-time role on RHOBH season 12, had previously filed lawsuits against people who had made false claims against her and had been awarded settlements in her favor.
In addition to fighting back against ties to the racist bot attacks against Garcelle Beauvais‘ son, Jax Nilon, Diana filed a defamation lawsuit against Enty Lawyer, the person behind the “Crazy Days and Nights” gossip blog, and ultimately received an apology.
