REPORT: RHOBH's PK Kemsley Buys Deed to $6.5M Home, Will Profit $250k Off Sale as Dorit Gets "Nothing" and is Forced to Move Out by November 1

Paul “PK” Kemsley has purchased a deed to his shared home with his estranged wife, Dorit Kemsley, for $950,000.

Following months of foreclosure drama regarding their $6.5 million home in Encino, California, attorney Ronald Richards offered an update on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars’ legal proceedings, confirming that Dorit, 50, who shares two children with PK, 59, will be left with “nothing” from the impending sale of the property.

“Paul Kemsley has now outflanked Dorit and put a nail in this family home issue coffin,” Ronald began in a September 17 post on Instagram. “A Paul Kemsley controlled company purchased the second deed of trust for $950,000. The amount presently owed is $1,201,175.94.”

According to Ronald, this means that Paul will make $251,175.94 off the purchase of the home as a credit against Dorit’s share.

“Paul now controls the house without having to deal with Dorit who was refusing a stipulation. Paul is clocking daily default interest on the default in his favor. Dorit will get absolutely nothing. Zero,” Ronald continued. “Dorit guaranteed the Note and Paul is now her bank.”

In addition to sharing that Dorit would make nothing when she and PK unload the property, Ronald said that Paul will actually be able to get a judgment against Dorit for more than $1.2 million.

“Paul has literally all the cards. Paul bought the note, attorney’s fees, and other costs. Dorit is now upside down to Paul for over $1.5m!!” he explained.

Although Dorit and her two kids, son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 12, are no longer facing foreclosure, Ronald noted that Dorit would have “to leave [the home] by November 1, 2026.”
