Stacey Rusch spoke of how Ashley Darby has changed during a Watch What Happens Live taping at Bravo Fan Fest in Charleston, South Carolina, over the weekend.
As she also addressed the new dynamic between Robyn Dixon, 47, and Gizelle Bryant, 56, reacted to Gizelle going to Wendy Osefo, 42, about Congress, and responded to Karen Huger, 63, suggesting she was AI, the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Potomac star revealed how her second marriage to Thiemo Rusch is different, discussed the most iconic housewives, and named her messiest co-star.
“Believe it or not, I think that Ashley is really trying to be a better friend to everyone in general,” Stacey stated on WWHL. “She’s really trying to turn a new leaf, and it’s gonna be interesting to see her turn that leaf this season. I’m gonna give credit where credit is due.”
After noting that the dynamic between Robyn and Gizelle was “interesting,” Stacey claimed that Robyn was “finally holding Gizelle accountable.”
“Imagine that,” she added.
Moving on to Gizelle asking Wendy how to speak to Congress after calling her a “scammer” amid the insurance fraud case against her and her husband, Eddie Osefo, 42, Stacey described Gizelle’s move as “bold.”
Regarding Karen saying she’s AI, Stacey continued, “I can’t control what people think about me. To some people I’m too much, to some people I’m not enough. That’s not my problem … I could care less.”
Then, after saying that she “always [tells] the truth” to her RHOP co-stars, Stacey spoke of her second marriage to Thiemo.
“It’s sweeter this time because I realized that I made a huge mistake and my family is united and my daughter is so happy so it’s just, it’s so sweet. It’s amazing. I’m so happy,” she gushed.
After being asked whether Karen or Kandi Burruss, 50, was more iconic, Stacey said that while “Kandi is iconic,” she’s “a girls’ girl and you don’t mess with the Grand Dame.”
Stacey was also asked whether Jacqueline Laurita, 56, or Gretchen Rossi, 47, was more iconic.
“I’m not familiar,” she replied.
Also at Bravo Fan Fest, while attending a panel event, Stacey named her messiest castmate.
“I think that Ashley Darby is at the top of the list in terms of messy. Wouldn’t you agree?” she asked the audience. “And then right there at number two would be Gizelle, and I think that’s enough. That’s enough mess.”
