After 13 episodes, in just 2 1/2 weeks, a winner was finally crowned on last night’s episode of Big Brother: Celebrity Edition!

When it comes to Big Brother, one must always expect the unexpected, and last night’s Celebrity Edition was no exception.
When we left off with the housemates, they had just said their goodbyes to the first evictee, Chuck Lydell, after Shannon worked to flip the votes to evict him instead of James, as originally planned. This turn of events angered Keisha and Omarosa, who thought that Shannon would be true to the alliance they had formed with the other women of the house, and Ross, who’d been acting as their spy. We said good bye to the first housemate of the season on last night’s Big Brother: Celebrity Edition two hour elimination episode. And it was a nail biter to the very end!
When we last saw the housemates, Keisha Knight Pulliam had gotten the “recast” card, which enabled her to replace Shannon Elizabeth as Head of Household (HOH), and put up two nominations for eviction. She chose James Maslow and Chuck Liddell. But both men still had a chance at survival.
The housemates have the opportunity to use a “veto” to take one of the nominees off the chopping block. But who, if anyone should be saved? Read more
Last nights’ episode of Big Brother: Celebrity Edition was chock full of life lessons.
Lesson one: hoes before bros…always. If you ever find yourself in a fight for survival, no one will have your back like your girl squad.
Lesson two: should you ever become the leader of the free world, and decide to hire a former reality show villain to join your staff, and then fire them, you should ABSOLUTELY make them agree not to appear on reality television for at least a decade. Also, give them a hefty severance package. Otherwise, they’ll write a book!
The new season of Big Brother kicked off last night with a twist! For the first time in the series’ 21 season run, the housemates are celebrities.
Granted, they may be playing a little fast and loose with the word “celebrity”, but this group of C and D list favorites and blasts from the past make for an eclectic mix that are sure to bring plenty of fun and drama to the reality show-meets- game show hybrid we’ve come to know and love. Read more
