When it comes to Big Brother, one must always expect the unexpected, and last night’s Celebrity Edition was no exception.
When we left off with the housemates, they had just said their goodbyes to the first evictee, Chuck Lydell, after Shannon worked to flip the votes to evict him instead of James, as originally planned. This turn of events angered Keisha and Omarosa, who thought that Shannon would be true to the alliance they had formed with the other women of the house, and Ross, who’d been acting as their spy. When we last saw the housemates, Keisha Knight Pulliam had gotten the “recast” card, which enabled her to replace Shannon Elizabeth as Head of Household (HOH), and put up two nominations for eviction. She chose James Maslow and Chuck Liddell. But both men still had a chance at survival.

Last nights’ episode of Big Brother: Celebrity Edition was chock full of life lessons.
Lesson one: hoes before bros…always. If you ever find yourself in a fight for survival, no one will have your back like your girl squad.
Lesson two: should you ever become the leader of the free world, and decide to hire a former reality show villain to join your staff, and then fire them, you should ABSOLUTELY make them agree not to appear on reality television for at least a decade. Also, give them a hefty severance package. Otherwise, they’ll write a book!

CBS unveiled the cast of the first ever U.S. Big Brother: Celebrity Edition on Sunday night, just a week ahead of its winter season premiere on Wednesday, February 7. There is also a UK version of the show which is quite popular.
