There were rumors and rumblings a few weeks ago that Bravo might have fired Real Housewives of Orange County OG Vicki Gunvalson, and a new report is now stating she was actually demoted!
Even worse, Vicki, who has been on the RHOC for 12 seasons, reportedly “freaked out” upon finding out Bravo was demoting her from a full time housewife to simply a “Friend of the Housewives” for next season.
“She had her worst shooting season ever,” an insider tells Life and Style about Vicki, who battled with Tamra Judge over rumors her husband was gay, and also accused Shannon Beador of being in an abusive relationship with her husband David.
Vicki , 55, reportedly got the news during her recent appearance with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live and she didn’t handle it well.
“She was running around yelling at everyone to tell her what’s going on,” adds the insider. “When she heard she was demoted, she freaked out!”

While there has been no official confirmation of this demotion, this is usually the time when Bravo and the production company starts planning for the next season as the reunion has now been filmed, and will reportedly start airing in two weeks.
If this news is true, it would be music to the ears of Tamra, who recently called on Bravo to fire Vicki for spreading rumors about her husband Eddie’s sexuality.
