Has Kailyn Lowry reached her breaking point with the ongoing drama between her and her Teen Mom 2 co-stars?
Following a shocking encounter with Briana DeJesus and her sister, Brittany DeJesus, at the reunion taping in New York City over the weekend, Kailyn is thinking of “leaving the show.”
“It was a sh*t show,” Kailyn told Radar Online of the taping on May 21. “We always think about leaving the show after things like this. This is the second reunion in a row that this has happened.”
According to the report, Briana came to set “ready to fight” Kailyn and immediately “started arguing” with her once she arrived. Then, as things became heated between the two women, Briana’s sister Brittany reportedly grabbed Kailyn’s hair and pulled her to the ground.
“Briana and I did not fight,” Kailyn revealed. “The whole thing that happened at the reunion was not about Javi at all.“
Brittany “ran up behind me and pulled my hair,” she added on Twitter.
While Kailyn was taken aback by the events that took place between her and her co-stars, she told Radar Online that she isn’t necessarily hoping to see Briana and Brittany get fired.
“I don’t care at this point what they do with Briana or Brittany,” she said. “I don’t think there will ever be a reconciliation with me, Brit and Briana.”
Kailyn went on to question why her Teen Mom 2 producers would purposefully put her and Briana in the same room to get ready for filming.
“It was odd to me that two days in a row they put her and me in the same hair and makeup chair together. Before at previous reunions they would never put me in a chair with Jenelle at the same time. I did think it was very staring that they did it two days in a row,” she explained.
Like Chelsea Houska, who said Teen Mom 2 is no longer about moms in a recent tweet, Kailyn feels the show has taken an odd turn.
“They should focus on the actual struggles of being a parent,” she said of MTV. “They filmed me and Leah going on vacation together without the kids, but they didn’t film me going to Jamaica with my kids and the struggles of even just traveling with my children. That’s real life.“
During last night’s episode of Teen Mom 2, Kailyn and her co-stars threatened to leave the show if something wasn’t done about the antics of Briana and Jenelle Evans.
“This is trash TV. This whole thing has turned to trash,” Kailyn said. “I did not sign up for this garbage.”
