Shannon Beador and her estranged husband, David Beador, may have split nearly one year ago but unfortunately, their divorce has yet to be finalized.

During a new interview, the Real Housewives of Orange County star and mother of three offered an update on the proceedings taking place between her and David.

“We’re negotiating,” she revealed to Bravo‘s Daryn Carp.

Then, when Daryn suggested Shannon was “winning” when it came to her legal battle against David, Shannon said it wasn’t about winning.

“It’s just, let’s get it done. Let’s be fair,” she explained.

Shannon and David share three children, including 17-year-old daughter Sophie and 14-year-old twins Stella and Adeline. So, when it comes to their divorce, they are not just feuding over money. Instead, they’re at odds over spousal support, child support, and custody.

As their divorce proceedings continue, so has David’s romance with Lesley Cook and Shannon’s relationship with Scot Matteson. As fans will recall, David began dating Lesley at the end of last year, just months after his marriage to Shannon came to an end and Shannon moved on with Scott just weeks ago. That said, she wasn’t quick to share details about her new romance during her interview with Daryn.

“I’ve been on a few dates,” she coyly claimed.

According to Shannon, she took baby steps into the world of dating after spending several months by herself.

“I didn’t really… I stayed home for about six months,” she said. “I never even went out to dinner just to get through it all and then I was ready to go out and have fun. So, I’m having fun right now. That’s what’s important.”

Although Shannon wouldn’t reveal details about her new relationship, her new beau Scot was actually sitting in her dressing room while she did this interview. That video is below.

She also had tons of good things to say about her family dog, Archie.

“He’s good. He’s really good,” she gushed. “He’s in the opening title credits. How cute is that? And by the way, look closely. He’s wagging his tail. That’s a trained dog. You know why? I was sitting there going, ‘Come on Archie!’ And then he wagged the tail.”

“He’s darling,” she added.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
