Tamra Judge revealed a number of things people don’t know about her during a new interview and while doing so, she shared her biggest life regret and opened up about her current relationship with her oldest daughter, Sidney Barney.
Days after the season premiere of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra, who was lovingly referred to as “Tammy Sue” during her childhood, shared some fun facts and the biggest misconception people have about her.
“My biggest regret is not going to college,” Tamra 51, told Us Weekly on August 9.
According to Tamra, she has the gift of being able to “figure someone out in minutes” but when it comes to her relationships, she faults herself for not always being honest with her friends. That said, she is only dishonest with those close to her if she’s trying to protect their feelings.
Speaking of her strained relationship with Sidney, who sided with her former husband, Simon Barney, when they split in 2008 and lived with him full-time until heading off to college, Tamra shared an update on their relationship, revealing that the relationship has still yet to be fully mended.

“I wish I had a better relationship with my oldest daughter,” she admitted.
However, Tamra is not giving up on mending things with her daughter as she mentioned Sidney while speaking about a memorable encounter she had with a teenage fan, who came up to her with her mom.
“She told me she’d taken her dad’s side in her parents’ divorce and hadn’t spoken to her mom for years, and said to never give up on my daughter,” she recalled.
Following Tamra and Sidney’s falling out years ago, things between them became further strained by Tamra after addressing the drama between them on the RHOC.
As for the biggest misconception people have about Tamra, she explained that while many believe she’s “strong” and “outspoken,” she’s actually the opposite.
“I’m very quiet and a loner — I hate leaving my house,” she shared.
