However, while she prompted rumors of a firing with the social media update, she didn’t intend to do any such thing. While attending Kyle Richards‘ fashion show in New York City over the weekend, Erika addressed the fan meltdown that ensued as a result of her Twitter change before speaking about her costar’s big accomplishment.
“You change your banner art and people have a meltdown. I don’t know where that comes from,” Erika admitted during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
In addition to Erika’s banner change, her name was mistakenly left out of Bravo TV’s announcement regarding the returning cast members of RHOBH season 10 cast. However, after seeing a report regarding the rumors on Instagram, Erika seemingly denied she was leaving the show by sharing a comment with several laughing emojis.
A short time later, Us Weekly confirmed the women of the show were heading to New York City to film RHOBH season 10 at Fashion Week and to attend Kyle’s fashion show for her new line, Kyle and Shahida.
“I’m nervous for her… This is really about her. I’m just here to support,” Erika said of her appearance at Kyle’s show. “We have a little liquid courage… We’re Beverly Hills and we’re in the house!”
In addition to Erika, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Denise Richards, and Teddi Mellencamp all acted as models during Kyle’s presentation while newbies Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke supported Kyle from the front row. Kyle’s family was also in attendance, including her daughters and her nieces Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton.
“I love this family, okay? They’ve been nothing but nice to me, and it’s Kyle’s first fashion show. We’re here to support her,” Erika added.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 10 went into production last month and is expected to premiere on Bravo TV sometime next year.
