Lisa Vanderpump threw some major shade at Teddi Mellencamp on Twitter last night as it was revealed that she would not be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for season 11.
On the heels of Teddi’s exit, which came after weeks of rumors regarding her then-upcoming departure, Lisa responded to a couple of posts from fans, including a message that featured Teddi literally standing in the shadow of her famous father, singer John Mellencamp.
“Hi Lisa. How do you feel about John Mellencamp’s daughter getting the boot from [The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills]? [Love] you,” the first fan asked, along with the “shady” photo of Teddi and her dad.
“Love John Mellencamp…” Lisa replied.
As RHOBH fans will recall, Denise Richards was accused of slamming Teddi for living in her father’s shadow by Brandi Glanville during season 10. And, while Denise denied saying any such thing, the comment lived on for several weeks on the series.
In a second tweet, Lisa responded to a fan who mentioned another dig she made at Teddi earlier this week on her podcast, All Things Vanderpump. On the show, Lisa mentioned that Teddi was accused of being “boring” before admitting that she “didn’t have a good experience” with her on the show.
She then joked that she wished Teddi “all the best,” before adding, “said no one ever.”
After the fan quoted Lisa’s diss and told her she loved her, they suggested other members of the RHOBH cast should also be fired.
“I also love when karma gets the right people—waiting for it to hit [Kyle Richards], [Lisa Rinna], [Erika Jayne], [and Dorit Kemsley],” the person wrote.
In response, Lisa seemingly confirmed she was hoping for the same by sharing a series of emojis, including a laughing-while-crying emoji and the praying hands emoji.
UPDATE: Lisa wasn’t done yet as she also shaded Kyle after a fan tweeted a meme that read: “Kyle holding auditions to cast a new puppet to be her BFF for RHOBH S11 after getting the news that Teddi got axed.”
Lisa simply responded with a laughing emoji.
