PHOTOS: See Inside RHOC Star Gina Kirschenheiter’s 'Well-Designed' New Home, Featuring a Large Kitchen Island, Cozy Living Room, and Traditional Style Master Bedroom

Gina Kirschenheiter moved into a new home with her boyfriend Travis Mullen earlier this year and while the new pad has been made fun of by her Real Housewives of Orange County co-star, Braunwyn Windham-Burke, Gina loves her new space.

Months after moving into her three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom condo in Rancho Mission Viejo, California, which features 1,791-square-feet of living space and an outdoor patio, Gina revealed what she loves about raising her and Travis’ combined six children at the Craftsman-style house.

MLS records uncovered by Reality Blurb show Gina and Travis closed on the townhouse in August 2020 for $659,000.

During an interview with the Bravo Insider, Gina said her entire blended family loves the kitchen.

“[Everybody] loves to eat and we certainly do in this house,” Gina said. “One thing that I love about the kitchen is that it has a nice big, great island and it’s really nice for me and the kids. A lot of times they sit up at the barstools and we cook together a lot. That’s something I really do enjoying doing with my kids is cooking with them and when you cook with kids, you definitely need space to do it.”

While Gina and Travis have a limited number of square feet, they’ve made the most of their space and turned a portion of the living area into an office.

“We kind of made it into a half-living room, half-office. Travis does a lot of work at home and I pay my bills and check my emails here,” she explained.

“This is where we do most of our lounging and relaxing as a family,” Gina continued of her living room, which includes a large denim-like couch.

Around the corner from the living room is a half-bathroom.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, including Gina and Travis’ master bedroom and two bunk rooms for Gina and Travis’ sons and daughters.

According to Gina, her two sons, Nicholas and Luca, sleep on top bunks in their bedroom while Travis’ son, the youngest member of their crew, sleeps on the bottom.

“We didn’t want him to climb,” Gina noted.

In the girls’ room, another set of beds can be found.

“It’s basically screams ‘girl,'” Gina said of the kids’ space. “We took them to pick out their own bedding and they all wanted their own bedding, which I thought was really cute. Travis’ daughters are both on top. Sienna wanted to be on the bottom so that worked out.”

Speaking of one of her favorite things of the home, Gina said she loves its close proximity to her kids’ school.

“I can be in my bedroom and look out and see my kids on the field running around at recess at the school. I can hear, also, the school bells and I don’t know what it is, but I think hearing the bells makes me feel more connected to my kids and I love that,” she shared.

Gina can also see the grounds from her patio.

“I love it here so much. It’s a great home, a great area. [And] I have great neighbors,” Gina concluded.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 15 airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
