Meghan King Edmonds and her three kids are getting settled into their stunning new $800,000 home.
Just over a year after the ex-Real Housewives of Orange County cast member’s estranged spouse, Jim Edmonds, filed for divorce after five years of marriage, Meghan purchased a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home for herself and her children in St. Louis, Missouri.
Days after Meghan confirmed her home purchase on Instagram, Reality Blurb is sharing the first photos of her $800,000 Craftsman-style abode.
Described as “charming” and “simple,” Meghan’s four-year-old home, which boasts over 2,550 sq. ft., also comes with wooden double doors, which open to a foyer and lead to a navy blue office with built-in shelving.
Further down the hall is a guest bath, followed by a stunning white and blue kitchen with a large island.
Throughout the first level of the home are hardwood floors and crown moldings.
Just outside of the kitchen are the living room and dining room areas, which feature light blue paint and a hanging chandelier.
Meghan’s master bedroom and master bathroom are located on the main floor of her home.
On the second floor are three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which will be used for Meghan’s children, including her four-year-old daughter, Aspen, and her two-year-old twin sons, Hayes and Hart.
Downstairs, in the finished basement, a fifth bedroom and fourth full bath can be found.
In addition to a screen room, which is outfitted with recessed lighting and a ceiling fan, Meghan’s home has a fenced-in backyard, which will be perfect for her active kids.
While Meghan’s split from Christian Schauf was announced around the time she confirmed the news of her home purchase, the Unchartered Supply Company founder made it clear that they were on good terms by congratulating her on her exciting news on Instagram.
Meghan quit her role on The Real Housewives of Orange County after appearing on the series’ 12th season in 2017.
