RHONJ's Gia Giudice Slams Jackie Goldschneider for Inexcusable Behavior and Claims Character is Being Questioned After Cocaine Analogy, Plus Says She is "Suffering" After Being "Used" by Jackie

Gia Giudice spoke out against Jackie Goldschneider on Twitter on Friday.

After Jackie used an analogy about the 20-year-old using cocaine at parties to prove a point amid her Real Housewives of New Jersey premiere altercation with Teresa Giudice, Gia took to her account to slam Jackie for putting her character in jeopardy.

“Saying it was an analogy is making it excusable, it’s not,” Gia wrote on February 19. “My character is now being questioned. My name was used to make a point. No one should be used in that way.”

As fans of RHONJ saw on Wednesday night, Jackie mentioned the idea that she had heard a rumor about Gia using cocaine in the bathrooms at parties. While Jackie didn’t actually hear any such thing, she felt that in using the analogy with Teresa, Teresa would better understand why spreading a false rumor about her husband Evan Goldschneider cheating was so dangerous.

Unfortunately, many have disagreed.

“I am suffering the consequences for such an outlandish and untrue statement. While her marriage is happy [and] in tact,” Gia continued.

Gia’s tweet was seemingly posted as a response to the post Jackie shared on her own Twitter page on Wednesday night.

“My analogy about Gia was simply an analogy – there was no truth to it of course,” she confirmed. “The rest of the cast understood this, which you’ll see in the coming weeks. The behavior at my husband’s birthday party is truly unfortunate – destroying a marriage and family is not entertainment.”

Jackie also spoke to Us Weekly about her analogy about Gia, saying that despite the backlash, she doesn’t regret what she said.

“I think that like almost everyone will say that that’s an analogy and the truth is that there’s no one else in Teresa’s life that I can make her understand. When you say something about someone you love, whether or not it’s true, it hurts,” she explained.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 11 airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
