As the ladies of the Bravo reality series, including Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, and Crystal Kung Minkoff, shared photos and videos of the star-studded bash, which was hosted by Bling Empire star Christine Chiu, on Instagram, Kyle addressed Garcelle’s absence in a couple of comments.
“Where is [Garcelle Beauvais]?” one person asked.
“Last night she couldn’t make it. But this was from a while ago and she had left early,” Kyle explained.
“Ma’am where’s Garcelle?” asked a second person.
“This video was from a while back and Garcelle had left early,” Kyle confirmed.
While Kyle’s video of the RHOBH cast was not taken at Kathy’s party, she did share a slideshow of photos of the two of them in honor of Kathy’s birthday, the first of which featured the two of them posing at the event.
Kathy, who was added to the RHOBH cast in late 2020 after making several cameo appearances on the show in recent years, also shared a slideshow on her Instagram page.
After sharing the photos, Kathy shared her own statement about why Garcelle was missing.
“She is a very dear friend. She was invited. [We] are celebrating next week,” Kathy said.
Then, in a second message, Kathy encouraged another fan to ask Garcelle herself about where she was during her birthday festivities.
“She was unable to attend. Why don’t you ask her? I think we will celebrate next week,” she stated.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime this spring.
