Brandi Glanville spoke out on Twitter on Thursday after being labeled “unrecognizable” following an appearance on an Australian morning show earlier this week.
After fans on social media accused the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star of overdoing it with fillers, the mother-of-two took aim at bullies while denying plastic surgery and going into detail about a painful accident that left her face burned and swollen.
“I feel like this could be bullying,” Brandi wrote on March 25. “I have not had plastic surgery on my face! I’m 10 years older and 15 pounds heavier at the moment so my face is a little bit fat. My lids are little heavier my brows have fallen it’s called AGING but thanks for making me feel like sh*t.”
After first blaming her new look on aging, Brandi shared a gruesome photo of her face and revealed she suffered second-degree burns in December 2020.
“So this happened to me in December 2nd degree burns all over my face from an accident with a psoriasis light I am still healing [and] really didn’t want to share these photos but since [Daily Mail] is attacking my looks her is the 411,” she shared.

Then, when a fan said they hoped the ex-RHOBH castmate was okay after the devastating injury, Brandi confirmed she is doing well but added that she’s “still swollen” from the ordeal.
“I’m OK but you know it happened in December I’m still swollen and having people attack my looks just makes me feel like I never wanna leave my house and I just want to cry,” she admitted. “My retinas were burned my eyelashes burned off I couldn’t open my eyes three days the light was so painful.”
“Who would do this to themselves??” another person asked after seeing Brandi’s image.
“It was an accident,” Brandi replied. “Obviously my doctor told me to hold the light over my face for 17.3 what I thought were minutes but it was seconds completely my fault it was suppose to help the psoriasis that was overtaking my face from stress.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime this spring or summer.
