Drew and her husband Ralph Pittman Jr. have reportedly failed to pay a company almost $30,000 for the work they did on their new Duluth, Georgia mansion. The couple recently purchased the 9,200-square-foot home, which boasts 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, but it apparently had some water damage.
In court documents obtained by Radar Online, a company known as Tidal Wave claims they’re owed $29,306.45 for the services they provided related to the water damage. The lien, which has yet to be released, was filed on April 2 and if it remains unpaid, the company will receive the money once the home is sold.
Drew shared her excitement over her new home on Instagram back in March as she praised Ralph for his hard work. He took care of the move while Drew attended Cynthia Bailey‘s infamous bachelorette party in Charleston, South Carolina.
“Last week you guys saw my new house,” she captioned the post on March 7. “This is the home where we will be raising our family ???? kudos to [Ralph Pittman Jr.] for managing the move by himself.”
In other RHOA news, production is considering a cast shake-up in order to boost the ratings, which have declined following Nene Leakes‘ departure. As fans well know, Nene called for fans to boycott the network as she accused Bravo of “racial discrimination.” It’s unclear if her request affected the ratings, but the season 11 premiere only pulled in 1.4 million viewers, which is significantly less than the previous season premiere episodes.
“RHOA was once Bravo’s highest-rated Housewives show but has lost its superiority over other shows in the franchise,” a source told The Sun, adding, “There’s going to be a big cast shake-up next season and some producers are mulling over asking Phaedra Parks to return.
The source went on to claim that some insiders would like to see Nene make a grand return, but that’s highly unlikely considering her constant criticism of the network.
“Fans were shocked when she left and there has been a question mark over whether she’ll ever return, and it looks unlikely,” the source explained. “The hope is that having fan favorites like Phaedra come back will help the show rise back into the 2 million viewers-a-week arena.”
