Erika Jayne‘s attorneys have had a change of heart.
After filing a motion earlier this week to be removed from the bankruptcy cases against the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member’s estranged husband, Thomas Girardi, and his law firm, Girardi Keese, attorney Ronald Richards has confirmed yet another filing from the legal team in which they have withdrawn their request.
“Breaking news: Erika Jayne’s attorney’s have now withdrawn their motion to withdraw,” the attorney wrote on Twitter on June 17. “Apparently the urgent and immediate breakdown of the attorney client relationship has now been miraculously fixed. See attached withdrawals of the motions to withdraw.”
In a statement filed with their request to be removed from the bankruptcy proceedings, Erika’s legal team had credited a “fundamental and material breakdown” in their relationship, as well as a lack of “trust and confidence,” for their decision to withdraw from the case.
Amid the legal drama, Ronald was met with a couple of questions from fans wanting to know more about the cases against Erika and Thomas.
“There are hours upon hours [and] hours of RHOBH that are filmed that are never shown to the public. Laying on the cutting room floor. Will you be requesting those transcriptions as well [and] or the film?” one woman wondered.
“Those are harder to subpoena, they don’t always release those on first amendment grounds but we will try,” Ronald, who was hired by a trustee to investigate the reality star, confirmed.

Another fan asked if Erika, along with Thomas’ firm, were still “on the hook.”
“So the processes [continues] and Erika remains on the hook along with the firm?” the person asked.
“Yes,” Ronald replied.
