Erika Jayne‘s career as an entertainer reportedly resulted in over $24 million in losses over the course of 10 years.
In a series of new tweets, the attorney investigating the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member as part of her estranged husband Thomas Girardi‘s bankruptcy case, Ronald Richards, has revealed shocking details about Erika’s business while also offering her a settlement deal amid his $25 million lawsuits against her.
“Here is the stunning factoid of the day: We cannot locate a singer, ‘mactress’ or actress who has lost more money from 2008 to 2018 then [Erika Jayne]. To be exact, she reported from 2008 to 2014 & 2017 to 2018 losses of ($24,145,754.00). This is why CA says she has no real biz,” Ronald explained in his first tweet on September 7.

As fans may have heard, Erika was sued for $25 million after being accused of receiving fraudulent transfers from Thomas’ law firm, Girardi Keese. So, when it comes to Ronald’s figures for her losses, that number is oddly close to the millions she reported as losses in recent years.
In a second tweet, which came in response to the RHOBH cast member telling him he needed to take Lexapro, the antidepressant she admitted to taking on the show months ago, Ronald clapped back at Erika by suggesting she was taking “too much” of the prescription drug and proceeding to make her an offer.
“Obviously, she is taking too much of it….. Here is our offer: For each $100k she voluntarily returns of the $25M of her personal expenses that were paid by GK, we will add 10%, if returned within ten days,” the attorney tweeted.

In an additional tweet, Ronald accused Erika of supporting her lifestyle with a slush account and failing to prioritize her and Thomas’ many victims, including those who were robbed of millions in settlement funds.
“What the public doesn’t realize, [Erika Jayne] has a massive PR machine with fake bots and paid persons working our feed. Also, she has a slush account with- apparently, unlimited funds to file meritless motions, delay the case, and cost the victims a lot of money in delay/fees,” he wrote.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
