Melissa Gorga is dishing about The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip and sharing which cast member stirred the pot the most before also teasing the upcoming season of Real Housewives of New Jersey.
While attending an event at New York fashion week, Melissa took a moment out of her busy schedule to discuss the “cra-zy” Housewives mashup series that’s expected to premiere later this year.
“It’s just a lot of big personalities,” Melissa told E! News on September 9. “Obviously they picked big personalities from all the different cities, all together on yachts, on jets, on planes. It’s just crazy, it really is. It’s pee your pants funny. It’s above and beyond.”
As Bravo fans well know, Melissa traveled to Turks and Caicos to film the series alongside her sister-in-law Teresa Giudice, The Real Housewives of New York City‘s Ramona Singer and Luann de Lesseps, Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kenya Moore and Cynthia Bailey, and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards.
According to the Envy Boutique owner, who was friendly with all the women prior to their wild getaway, one RHONY star in particular couldn’t help but stir the pot.
“Ramona is just..she’s her own being,” she declared. “She makes me laugh. I personally love her, but she tends to push buttons sometimes.”
Melissa isn’t the only cast member from the new series who has suggested this as Kenya also hinted at drama with Ramona in her own recent interview after it was reported that Ramona called her a “b*tch” early in the trip.
“I think a lot of the ladies bring a lot of drama, I’m sure,” Kenya told Entertainment Tonight earlier this week. “Someone, you know, on the plane ride got called a b-word, OK? So, right off the bat, 20 minutes in.”
Meanwhile, Melissa also teased the upcoming season of RHONJ following rumors that Teresa has cut Margaret Josephs out of her life for good due to the alleged nasty things Margaret has said about the OG’s boyfriend, Luis Ruelas.
“There’s a lot of twists and turns,” she shared. “There’s some new people, some new faces, which is really exciting for us. I think this season tops the other one.”
However, it seems like Melissa is trying to stay out of any drama involving Teresa’s beau as she wished the couple well when asked if she believes her sister-in-law could be headed down the aisle soon.
“I support [Teresa] and Luis,” she said. “She is in a love bubble. They’re both so happy, so good for them.”
The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip is expected to begin streaming on Peacock sometime later this year, and The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 12 is also expected to premiere later this year on Bravo.
