Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga are ready to unload their newly renovated seven-bedroom, five-bathroom vacation property in Toms River.
After wrapping production on the upcoming 12th season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, the couple has completed their flip and listed the home, which they purchased just over two years ago for $975,000, for $2.9 million in hopes of making a decent profit.
According to the listing, which features NJ real estate photography by Tom Biondi, the property is located in the Windsor Park community of Toms River and is situated on a double lot at the end of a cul de sac on the Barnegat Bay.
In addition to having a panoramic view of the water, Melissa and Joe’s home features a vibrant backyard with an in-ground pool and 165 feet of bayfront living.
Inside, the design is clean and fresh with intricate light fixtures and a gray wood floor.
Before Melissa and Joe purchased the property in June 2019, the home was listed for $1.25 million that January. Then, after the price was lowered to $1.199 million, they were able to make a deal at $975,000.
With a whopping seven bedrooms, there is plenty of space for a large family, or added guests.
White walls, white trim, and plenty of light fixtures keep the space feeling light and bright.
Upstairs, there’s room for even more guests and entertaining.
As if the inside wasn’t big enough, Melissa and Joe’s outdoor area is quite spacious with tables to eat on, loungers to soak up the sun, and a bar to enjoy drinks.
Earlier this week, as fans await the new episodes of RHONJ, Melissa spoke to E! News about what they can expect to see when the show returns.
“There’s a lot of twists and turns,” she teased. “There’s some new people, some new faces, which is really exciting for us. I think this season tops the other one.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 12 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime late this year or early next year.
