Ariana Madix and Lala Kent‘s friendship may be over for good.
After Lala was heard blasting Ariana on a podcast during the premiere episode of Vanderpump Rules season nine, Ariana is confirming that when it comes to her current relationship with Lala, their premiere night drama was the “straw that broke the camel’s back.”
While celebrating the episode with a night out in Los Angeles with Charli Burnett earlier this week, Ariana told The Sun that she is “no longer friends” with Lala, but she admitted that she is “happy” with how the debut episode played out.
Although Ariana and Lala have been back and forth before, Ariana said the tension between them only got worse as the episodes of season nine continued to be filmed earlier this year.
“Her comments during the premiere were the straw that broke the camel’s back. After that, I was done,” she confessed.
In addition to the drama that played out between them on Pump Rules, Ariana and Lala were involved in some online drama as Ariana accused Lala of “not caring about the future” of the show after seeing that she had shared a photo of the OGs, including Katie Maloney, Stassi Schroeder, and Kristen Doute (two of whom were fired last June), on her Instagram page.
“I love you ALL but I guess I’m just confused what this post is supposed to be giving on the night of our PREMIERE? Are you living in the past or are you ready for the future of the show?” Ariana asked in a comment before Lala deleted the photo.
Lala later reshared the post, along with a caption of, “It’s not that deep.”
During Tuesday’s premiere, Scheana Shay called Ariana and played a portion of a podcast that featured Lala saying that she doesn’t “give a f-ck about” Ariana and that Ariana doesn’t “give a f-ck” about her.
“Whatever. That’s f**king annoying and I hate that. She can talk about somebody else, you don’t use me to get attention. I’m over being reasonable and chill. F**k her!” Ariana said after listening.
Then, in a confessional, she added, “I don’t give a f**k about 90% of people but I’ve actually gone out of my way to give a f**k about Lala. I’ve opened up to her about my anxiety and mental health issues. I mean, I let the girl eat my cookies.”
