While opening up about the egg freezing process she went through ahead of production on season nine, Ariana revealed that Lala unfollowed her as she experienced complications and shared the plans she has for the 26 mature eggs that were retrieved.
“[I got] 26 mature eggs. Fertile Myrtle. Because I took so well to it I had complications afterward where basically for weeks afterwards, I had a lot of fluid in my abdomen. It was taking forever to go back to normal. That’s what I had to the point where it was Tom’s birthday and I was told, ‘You need to lay the f-ck down,’” Ariana recalled on the November 26 episode of Scheananigans. “That was around the time Lala was like, ‘Do you wanna do my podcast?’ and I was like, ‘I’m so sorry, I can’t. This is a lot.’”
As Ariana dealt with “a lot of complications” after the egg retrieval procedure, she struggled physically.
“It was like a whole mess of trying to be able to do things, walk around, all of that. And that’s when [Lala] unfollowed me. She said too, she’s like, ‘I didn’t unfollow you because you wouldn’t do my podcast.’ And I was like, ‘But that’s the time that you unfollowed me,'” Ariana noted.
While Pump Rules viewers saw some of Ariana and Lala’s drama in the early episodes of season nine, Ariana said a lot went down between them that viewers didn’t see.
“They showed me literally showing Lala the receipts, proving she was either a liar, or whatever [in the Never Before Seen episode]. I called her ‘Lauren,'” Ariana revealed. “The sh-t that they show in the Never Before Seen episodes, I’m like, ‘This is what the episode should have been.’”
“I have encouraged [Tom Sandoval] to [get involved] but as much as people think he wants to be a dad so bad, he really doesn’t and he has not taken the initiative to do that,” she explained.
As for her plans for the eggs, Ariana said if she wants to get a surrogate, she will, before adding that she would love to be a donor.
“We have friends who are gay or friends who maybe can’t get pregnant. There’s 26 mature eggs I would be thrilled to [donate] for people I know personally,” she shared. “I just feel like there’s so many people who do want to have kids and I think I have good genes and if someone wanted to use my genes to make a child, I’d be like, ‘Send me their school picture each year.’”
