RHOC’s Shannon Beador Thinks There’s “Intention” Behind Emily Stirring Drama as Emily Doubles Down

Shannon Beador and Noella Bergener believe Emily Simpson is playing games with her gossiping.

After Emily was seen telling Gina Kirschenheiter about what was being said behind her back on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon and Noella questioned Emily’s intentions as Emily doubled down on her decision to communicate Shannon’s negativity with Gina.

“I think she enjoys poking at people and at a certain point, I hope she understands that sometimes your poking and your game that you’re playing can hurt people’s feelings,” Shannon said on the March 30 episode of the RHOC: After Show, noting that Emily has made a habit of bringing up topics that can be hurtful to others.

“You said it perfectly. I think it’s game playing,” Noella agreed. “There’s some people that just need to interject their voice just to hear their voice because maybe they’re not talking about what they don’t want to talk about or they don’t have something to talk about but they need to be talking and they need to be heard and I find that to be game-playing.”

According to Noella, she distances herself from people who exhibit such behavior.

“That’s just not cool. It’s like, ‘Okay, you’re just going to take anything I say to you and you’re going to turn it into something else.’ Why would I open up to you? Why would I want to go deep with somebody like that?” she wondered.

As for Emily, she made it clear that she’s always going to keep her friend Gina in the loop with what’s being said behind her back.

“If Shannon’s going to say something derogatory about Gina right in front of me, she’s not stupid. She knows I’m going to tell her. Also, Noella was there and Jen was there as well. What if one of them told Gina and then it looked like here I am, I’m supposed to be her best friend and I’m not even the one that tells her that someone’s saying something crappy about her? Of course I’m going to go tell her,” Emily declared.

Emily also said that she believes Heather specifically asked her about what went down at Shannon’s dinner party when she and Gina were in New York.

“Heather specifically asked me, ‘Was Shannon being competitive?’ And I said, ‘Yes,’ because she said, ‘We’re going to have more fun than them,'” Emily shared.

Still, Shannon saw no point in Emily’s gossiping.

“It wasn’t an important piece of information to relay to Gina because there was no ill intent behind it…  Is it a game for her? I think there’s some intention behind every time she stirs something up.”
