Randall Emmett is ready to unload the home he once shared with ex-fiancée Lala Kent.
Seven months after the Vanderpump Rules cast member accused him of cheating on her with multiple women and quickly moved out, the film producer and director has listed the four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,276-square-foot Bel Air home for $6.295 million.
According to the listing for the property, Randall’s newly-remodeled home, with work from Flipping Out alum Jeff Lewis, is located on a semi-private street off Mulholland Drive with just four homes.
Inside the front door is an open-concept living room with two large light fixtures and floor-to-ceiling windows, which bring in tons of sunlight.
The beams seen in the living room continue in the kitchen, where white cabinetry, a large window, and recessed lighting can also be found.
Wooden floors can be seen throughout the home, leading to the dining room, where an extravagant light fixture is seen hanging above a large dining table.
Also on the main floor is a powder room with patterned wallpaper, gold hardware, and a marble countertop.
The master suite can be found on the second level of the home and boasts a terrace and views of the pool and surrounding canyons.
The natural light of the home continues in the master bedroom, where a large window is situated over a marble-lined tub.
A second bathroom has a smaller window with silver hardware.
In addition to a patio big enough for 50 people, Randall’s backyard boasts a pickleball court and in-ground swimming pool.
An outdoor kitchen and lounge area is surrounded by trees, providing plenty of privacy to guests.
Following their October 2021 split, Lala moved into an apartment in Los Angeles.
Vanderpump Rules season 10 is expected to go into production sometime in the coming months.
