Diana Jenkins just clapped back at Garcelle Beauvais, who slammed her as “uneducated” during Wednesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live.
After Garcelle shaded Diana for suggesting her poor English led her to tell a Black blogger that it “can’t feel good being a black content creator” and insisting she believed that meant a “snarky” content creator, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newbie released a statement on her Instagram page in regard to all she’s done for Black communities around the world.
“Dear Garcelle,” Diana began on June 30. “Next time you go on national television why don’t you educate viewers on how many times I went to Haiti. Your home country. Why don’t you tell them how many planes full of first aid and medical supplies I sent to Haiti. Why don’t you tell viewers how many millions of my dollars I have given to your country. A woman from Bosnia did that.”
“Also you could have mentioned all the money I have given and everything I have done for [women’s] rights in Congo and other 100% black communities. You are very familiar with all the work I have done for human rights all around the globe,” she added.
Diana also added, in her caption, “P.S. [Crystal Kung-Minkoff] is not a liar.” This was a nod to Garcelle’s claim that she agrees with Kyle Richards, and she believes Crystal lied when she suggested Sutton Stracke had said something darker than what was revealed on RHOBH in the midst of their race discussions.
Following the post, which was “liked” by both Erika Jayne and Lisa Rinna, Garcelle shared an Instagram Story about staying classy.
“Remaining Classy and Removing Yourself From Situations That Might Take You Out of Character Is A Superpower!” read a meme posted to her account.
Lisa weighed in on the situation as well. After “liking” Diana’s message, she left a comment about her castmate’s receipts.
“When you have [receipts] you show them,” she shared, along with a raised hands emoji.
Also on the WWHL episode in question, Garcelle said Diana was “absolutely nuts” for suggesting she was the least welcoming cast member on the show.
