RHOC Alum David Beador Hit With Restraining Order From Wife Lesley's Ex, See What His Attorney is Saying About the Civil Harassment Case

David Beador was hit with a temporary restraining order from estranged wife Lesley Beador’s ex, Eriks Pukke, in August, weeks before he filed documents to end their marriage after just 23 months.

Prior to the Real Housewives of Orange County alum, who was previously married to Shannon Beador for 17 years, filing for divorce from Lesley, with whom he shares 19-month-old daughter Anna, Eriks was granted a protective order against him.

According to documents obtained by Page Six on October 3, the order was granted on August 22 and set to expire on September 14. However, it has since been extended at Eriks’ attorney’s request.

Per the order, David was unable to “harass, intimidate, molest, attack, strike, stalk, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), hit, abuse, destroy personal property of” Eriks, who shares son Andris and daughter Inga with Lesley, and he was banned from contacting Eriks “either directly, or indirectly in any way, including but not limited to, in person, by telephone, in writing, by public or private mail, by interoffice mail, by email, by text message, by fax, or by other electronic means.”

David was also required to remain at least 100 yards away from Eriks at all times.

Although it is unclear why Eriks filed the request against David, David’s attorney confirmed a civil harassment case to Page Six, noting that the case is expected to be dismissed during a final hearing on October 11 after all parties came to an agreement on Monday.

As RHOC fans may have heard, David filed for divorce in September, revealing his and Lesley’s separation date as September 12 and citing irreconcilable differences. Then, weeks later, Lesley said she was going to be filing for divorce from David after claiming he “filed a request for dismissal,” which a public information officer for the Superior Court of California in Orange County denied.

“I am filing for divorce. While this is not what I would have ever expected, it is what is best,” she announced. “I value myself and the happiness and well being of my children. I am so grateful for a tremendous circle of friends and family who support me.”

In addition to daughter Anna, David is dad to 21-year-old daughter Sophie and 18-year-old twin daughters Stella and Adeline, who he shares with Shannon.
