Michael Rapaport put Kathy Hilton on blast in the comments section of an Instagram post discussing Lisa Rinna‘s latest social media rant against her, and it didn’t go unnoticed.
After a fan page shared a recap of Lisa’s latest Instagram Story posts, many of which called out Kathy for suggesting she and Erika Jayne were the bullies of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, and one of which claimed it was Kathy who was bullying Kyle Richards, Michael shared his thoughts on Kathy’s “friend” role on the series.
“Lisa Rinna is back at it on Instagram,” the Real Housewives Zone wrote in the caption of their screenshots of Lisa’s Stories.
After the fan page shared screenshots in which Lisa was seen shading Kathy for suggesting she and Erika are bullies and wondering who exactly was “too scared” to confront them, as most of the RHOBH cast has feuded with each of them, Michael weighed in.
“KATHY HILTON is a ‘friend’ she’s not even a cast member, she’s a friend who shows up when she wants, she can leave and nobody will miss her just like we didn’t most of the beginning of this season,” Michael stated, giving a nod to Kathy’s delayed arrival to season 12.
But after seeing the post, a fan reminded Michael that Kathy was being paid for her role on the show and added that she was absent because she was busy with daughter Paris Hilton‘s wedding to now-husband Carter Reum.
“A friend is considered a cast member when they have a contract [and] are being paid. If you work part time you’re still an employee. Filming started when [Paris and Carter’s wedding] was happening. Kyle even mentioned it in the beginning of the season that Kathy was busy with the wedding. All of them haven’t shown up for events because of filming other things. No difference,” the fan pointed out.
And in response, Kathy offered what appeared to be a thank you to the fan in the form of a heart-eyed emoji.
