Brock Davies and Scheana Shay tied the knot in Mexico in August — about a year and a half after welcoming daughter Summer Moon. And during a recent episode of Scheana’s podcast, the Vanderpump Rules couple discussed their marriage.

Before Scheana revealed she was banned from the set of Dancing With the Stars after bringing drugs to the set years ago, Brock admitted that when it comes to his relationship with Scheana, he doesn’t appreciate her habitual nagging.

“The nagging, it’s huge. It really is because the reason being is that we wake up to it sometimes. And I know you can change whenever you want but I wake up one day and I’m like, ‘Okay let’s get this going.’ And my first obstacle is is my wife nagging at me,” Brock explained on the December 9 episode of Scheananigans, via Heavy. “I’m like, ‘Here we go – this is brilliant, this is awesome.'”

Although Brock, who previously voiced his frustration with Scheana’s style of parenting, admitted that Scheana’s nagging is “always deserved,” he said he wished she would communicate her issues before they got to the point of nagging, noting that he would prefer more constructive criticism.

Meanwhile, Scheana confessed to wishing she wasn’t as hard on Brock.

“The nagging — like it icks me but it comes out of my mouth and I’m like, ‘Why the f-ck did you say that?’ … I bite my tongue a lot more and I pick my battles but I know that is just an ick on both parts,” she shared.

According to Brock, he “didn’t care about other people” when he met Scheana in 2019 and was more focused on partying than anything else. But after attempting to change at the beginning of their relationship, he was jolted by the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I started worrying about other people. And then I got into a really great relationship and we have a kid. And now I enjoy being a dad. And my friends think [Shay] changed me, but I changed myself because I want to be this version of myself,” he said.

Also on Scheana’s podcast, via Heavy, Scheana recalled the moment when she returned to the DWTS set after being booted from a taping four years prior.

As Scheana recalled, she and Brock, who are friends of Teresa Giudice and her husband, Luis Ruelas, were invited to attend the season 31 finale as a guest of the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member. And because of her sordid past at the studio, she nearly didn’t get in.

“In 2018, I go with my mom to see Dancing with the Stars. When we checked in, they found a weed pen in my purse,” she shared. “Apparently, once you cross the gates at the CBS lot it’s like private federal property, and I brought drugs onto that property. At the time, I had my medical card. They didn’t care. They took my ID, they said ‘Don’t ever come back.’”

Because she was unsure if she’d be let in or not, Scheana didn’t tell Teresa what happened. However, because the RHONJ star sent her a screenshot of her name on the guest list, she was confident she would be allowed.

But upon arrival, Scheana was stopped by security.

“We walk up to the gate, the guy is looking at my ID. … I give him my ID, he looks up, he’s like ‘Hold on.’ And the guy’s like ‘I don’t really know how to say this to you, but your name matches the name of someone who’s not allowed on the property. So my supervisor’s gonna come over and have a talk with you,’” Scheana revealed. “And I’m like ‘No f-cking way. I am actually blacklisted still from Dancing With the Stars! So I’m freaking out a little bit.”

And, when the supervisor arrived at the door, they asked, “Is this the marijuana girl?” Scheana was then forced to explain the prior incident.

Luckily, the supervisor ultimately granted her entry, saying, “It’s 2022 now,” and noting that certain set rules had changed.

“We got into the show and it was amazing,” Scheana gushed, adding that she’d love to appear on the show herself.

Dancing With the Stars, hit me up. I am ready,” she stated.

Vanderpump Rules season 10 is expected to premiere on Bravo in early 2023.
