UPDATE – Lisa Vanderpump is denying her PUMP restaurant is closing after a claim by a realtor. The original story is below.
Lisa Vanderpump may be ready to shutter the doors to one of her West Hollywood hotspots.
According to a series of new posts from a Los Angeles realtor, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and current Vanderpump Rules star’s PUMP Restaurant Lounge, which was reportedly suspended of its liquor license earlier this month, will soon be available “for lease.”
“Is Lisa Vanderpump ready to pump the brakes on PUMP and close it down?! According to realtor Leslie Haro, the listing is coming,” Queens of Bravo on Instagram revealed to their followers on March 14.
And in accompanying posts from Leslie, she described PUMP as a “[second] generation restaurant” that would soon be available “[for lease]” and encouraged her followers to DM her for details.
In a second message, she told her audience to “stay tuned for details” as she confirmed she was “exclusively representing this opportunity.”
Although neither Lisa nor co-owner Ken Todd has commented on the potential “new listing” of PUMP, the RHOBH alum did react to the drama surrounding the supposed suspension of her liquor license at the venue, via her rep.
On March 14, Lisa’s rep told Radar Online that PUMP would be serving alcohol today, Wednesday, March 15, following a brief closure due to “heavy rains” over the weekend.
They also said that the “collections suspension” listed on the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control’s website earlier this month was a “bookkeeping error” and was “immediately sorted out.”
Although the rep addressed the status of PUMP’s liquor license, TomTom, whose liquor license was also said to have been suspended, was not mentioned.
As Pump Rules fans well know, Lisa co-owns TomTom with Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval, who has been embroiled in a cheating scandal with Raquel Leviss in recent weeks.
In addition to PUMP and TomTom, Lisa also co-owns nearby SUR Lounge with husband Ken, as well as the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden and Vanderpump à Paris in Las Vegas. And during an episode of Watch What Happens Live last week, she revealed she’s working on two additional Sin City venues.
UPDATE – Lisa took to Twitter moments ago to deny her restaurant is closing. She tweeted: “Ok no …#PumpRestaurant will be open as normal…#fake-news Oh and no I didn’t pay cast members to sleep together for ratings #pumprules they do that on their own…#fake-news Have a beautiful day everybody.”
