Lisa Vanderpump looked back on her awkward run-in with Lisa Rinna in Paris on Wednesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live.
Before hinting that she’s almost ready to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills now that Rinna’s been “fired,” reacting to the news that Stassi Schroeder is expecting her second child, and revealing she’s working on two new restaurants in Las Vegas, Vanderpump said that in addition to having dinner with Sutton Stracke in France, she had an encounter with Rinna.
“[Sutton and I], we had dinner. It was arranged by a mutual friend … We didn’t really talk about Lisa Rinna,” Vanderpump confirmed during the March 8 episode of the WWHL: After Show. “But, I have to tell you this, a little bit of scoop, I arrived in Paris, checked in at the George V. The first person I saw was Lisa Rinna. Of all the places in all the world! I was staying there. I think she was, I don’t know what she was doing there.”
“But did you two have a laugh at least?” host Andy Cohen wondered.
“No. No,” Vanderpump replied. “I walked over there speaking perfect French, and she was kind of hanging around the corner somewhere.”
Then, when Andy said that the moment would seem to be one in which the former castmates could put their differences aside and agree, “This is funny,” Vanderpump said, “She’s not funny.”
Continuing on about Rinna, Vanderpump noted that she was “finally gone” before asking, “Did she leave or was she fired?”
“She’s on a brief pause,” Andy explained.
But Vanderpump wasn’t convinced, saying, “I know she was fired … Just admit it. Nobody leaves that show [with] the money they make.”
And as for her own return, Vanderpump said on the live broadcast of WWHL that Andy has told her the door is “always open” before sharing that there are just a few more firings needed.
“You’re kinda on the right path with one gone. There’s just a few more to go,” she told Andy.
Vanderpump then addressed Stassi’s baby news.
“I haven’t congratulated her but I did speak to her, possibly, a couple days before,” Vanderpump revealed on the After Show. “She wanted me to do her podcast. She’s been at my house because she came to Teddy Paw’s birthday. And I love Stassi very very much. I think she’s grown from all that kinda stuff that she went through. She’s a beautiful, smart young woman who’s learned from her mistakes. And congratulations, Stassi.”
Also, during the live broadcast, Vanderpump said that when it comes to her future in Las Vegas, she’ll soon have two more venues to add to her existing Sin City lineup, which currently consists of Vanderpump à Paris and the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden.
“We’re working on two more,” she announced.
Vanderpump Rules season 10 airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
